Refund Policy

Before 30 days from commencement of the course, the attendee will receive a full refund of all paid money, minus an administration fee of $200.

After 30 days prior to the commencement of the course, the attendee will receive a refunded of the of total payments minus the deposit.

In cases of cancellation 7days prior to the commencement of the course or the attendee withdraws after starting the course, the attendee receives no refund.

In case of compassionate circumstances, for cancellation 21 days prior commencement or after an attendee may,

• Apply to defer to the next available course, the fees will be transferred to that course, minus a $200 administration fee. Any outstanding fee payments will need to be finalised prior to the commencement of the new course as per the payment policy.
• Find another attendee to substitute their place into the same course.  On the completion of application and payment by the new attendee, a full refund minus the $200 administration fee will be forwarded the cancelling attendee.
